Where the wall is
Free is not a trailer. It is two whole pieces.
On Free you get two pieces a month with three ways each, and every way comes with its structural change and its requirements in full. That is enough to unstick the thing currently hanging in front of you, and enough to judge whether the answers are any good.
Paying moves three things: the number of pieces stops being capped, each piece gets six ways instead of three, and your wardrobe gets linked so ways are built from the categories you actually listed rather than a generic set. That last one is the real difference in quality.
The reason people pay is rarely the first piece. It is that the stuck piece was not the only one — and that of three ways, one is usually something they had already thought of.

Billing
Renewal, cancellation and withdrawal.
How does renewal work?
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — at the price shown above, tax included, in US Dollars (USD). You are told the renewal date and amount at checkout and it is shown on your billing page at all times.
We write to you before an annual plan renews. If a price ever changes, the new price only applies from the period after we tell you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page, in one click, at any time — the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. No email, no form, no retention call.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your archive stays readable after that on the Free plan.
What about the fourteen-day right of withdrawal?
As a consumer in the European Union you have fourteen days to withdraw from a contract for digital services, without giving a reason.
You may ask us to begin the service during those fourteen days. Doing so means you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed — French law requires you to acknowledge that separately and explicitly, which is why checkout asks you to tick two distinct boxes, neither of which is ticked in advance.
If you have not asked us to begin early, the fourteen days run normally. The withdrawal page carries the model form and the address to send it to.
Are the prices really what I pay?
Yes. Every price on this site is inclusive of tax (TTC) and there are no fees added at checkout. Charges are made in US Dollars (USD); if your card is issued in another currency your bank may apply its own conversion, which we do not control and do not receive.
Is my card data safe?
We never see it. Card details are entered directly into a certified payment service provider over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a token and the last four digits so you can tell your cards apart.
The specific provider is configured by the operator of this deployment and is named on your receipt and on your bank statement.
