Write, call or send a letter. We answer in English and in French, and we do not use a queue system that loops you back to an article.

This form opens your email client with the message ready to send, so you keep a copy of what you sent and we cannot lose it in a ticket system.
Common requests
Most of these you can do yourself.
I want to cancel my subscription
Go to your billing page and press cancel. One click, no reason required, no retention step.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew afterwards. Your archive stays readable on the Free plan.
I want a refund, or to withdraw
The fourteen-day right of withdrawal, the conditions under which it ends early, and the model withdrawal form are all on the withdrawal page.
Outside those conditions, write to support@valebboutique.com and tell us what happened. If we charged you for something you did not get, we refund it.
I want my photographs and my account deleted
You can delete any individual piece, with its photographs and its way sets, from your archive. Deleting the account removes all of them.
If you would rather we did it, write to support@valebboutique.com from the address on the account. We confirm in writing once it is done. Details and retention periods are in the privacy policy.
The suggestions were not useful
Tell us the piece and what came back. Styling is opinion, and some of it will simply not be to your taste — but if a set came back that broke one of the rules (a way that needed something you never listed, or anything that talked about a body rather than a garment), that is a fault and we want to know.
We have a dispute I cannot resolve with you
Write to us first, in writing, so we have a chance to put it right. If that does not settle it, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge, under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code:
[à compléter] Nom du médiateur de la consommation
[à compléter] Adresse postale du médiateur
[à compléter] Site web du médiateur
The full statement is on the mediation page.
Before this site opens to the public
Several legal fields are marked [à compléter] on the legal pages: the consumer mediator, the RCS number, the share capital and legal form, the intra-community VAT number, the publication director and the host. They are shown as placeholders rather than omitted or invented. The operator must supply them before consumers are accepted.
